Project Description
Migrants Work is the first platform specialised in matching labour supply and demand that offers foreign workers, with adequate language skills, pre-qualified or even already trained, to perform the various tasks required by companies.
The objective is to intercept migrants, starting with their presence in reception centres, also directing the system towards training initiatives to propose them to the labour market, also protecting them from the risk of illegal recruitment. A system for the placement of foreign workers, supported by a network that will be increasingly broad and to protect regular employment in order to combat the phenomena of labour exploitation and caporalato

Impact And Acchievements
- Facilitate, through the platform, the access of recipients to the labour market, guaranteeing them a calibrated matching between the foreigner who registers on the platform and the company that publishes the job offer;
- Orient, where the addressee is still within the reception system, the host structures towards a professional qualification pathway for their foreign guests.
- Promote the appropriate pre-qualification of the addressee, through the offer of ad hoc services
- Raise the awareness of the companies registered in the platform, with respect to the opportunities and wealth deriving from the society
