Project Overview

Project Description

The Incorpora program aims to integrate people at risk of social exclusion, including migrants, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups, through personalized actions that help them access employment and achieve stability in the labour market.

Incorpora acts as a mediator in labour market insertion, reviewing job offers and matching them to individuals’ profiles. It enhances employability through training programs that develop both social and professional skills, including internships with companies. The program also supports self-employment through its Autoempleo Incorpora initiative, assessing business viability and helping with financing.

Funding Sources

Funded by “La Caixa” Foundation, with collaboration from private companies.

Impact And Acchievements

More than 30.000 people have been integrated into the labour market through this program.
