Project Overview
Project Description
Reempresa is a successful initiative designed to prevent the closure of viable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by facilitating their transfer to new owners. Through this program, owners wishing to sell their businesses are matched with entrepreneurs interested in taking over existing businesses.
Reempresa helps entrepreneurs acquire businesses with an established workforce, ensuring the creation of new jobs and safeguarding existing ones. The initiative not only promotes entrepreneurship but also fosters job preservation, creating sustainable employment opportunities and enabling economic integration for new business owners.
The initiative provides tailored advisory services throughout business transferring process for sellers, and entrepreneurship project for buyers, it also offers training, and legal assistance to ensure smooth transitions. Reempresa also organize different networking activities with the aim of connecting buyers and sellers.

Impact And Acchievements
Since 2011 Reempresa helped to transfer more than 4.900 companies, and this means that more than 13.600 jobs where saved.
We have been analysing and publishing in our marketplace more than 11.400 sellers, we informed and prepared more than 20.500 potential buyers and trained more than 3.000 users.

Reempresa is a member of Transeo. Transeo is an international non-profit association bringing together experts in transfers and acquisitions of small and medium-sized businesses from Europe & beyond.
Reempresa’s methodology is recognized as a best practice in Europe for fostering entrepreneurship and reducing unemployment. Its scalable model could inspire similar initiatives across Europe to support the economic integration of refugees and migrants.
