Project Description

Orienta+ is an innovative project by Fundación Tomillo designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support to young people at risk of social exclusion. The project focuses on developing socio-emotional skills and implementing personalized guidance pathways. These pathways are aimed at facilitating the educational transition and promoting effective labour market integration. 

Funding Sources

Funded by the Consejería de Familia, Juventud y Política Social de la Comunidad de Madrid, in collaboration with the EU’s NextGenerationEU funding program, and through public and private partnerships.

Impact And Acchievements

The project is currently in the implementation phase, with 626 young people set to participate. The goal is to assess and enhance the efficacy of personalized guidance processes for young individuals at risk of exclusion. Early-stage successes include the creation of individual development plans and successful networking with local entities. The project will also conduct external evaluations to measure its long-term impact.
