    Project Overview

    Project Description

AMIL is a project managed by CIES Onlus in cooperation with Italian and international partners (ALDA, CODECA, Integra Programme, Speha Fresia, PwC, Roma Capitale, SEVE) that aims to contribute to the sustainable integration of third-country nationals into the labour market by promoting, extending and strengthening the MEIC (Migrants Economic Integration Cluster) methodology. This innovative approach, based on cooperation between different stakeholders, allows migrants to be involved in the integration process with tailor-made and customised orientation and training programmes. General Objective: Strengthening cooperation between labour market actors and migrants; promoting the effective inclusion of migrants in the labour market at an early stage and at a level appropriate to their qualifications; contributing to a better match between the skills of migrants already present in the EU and the needs of EU labour markets; promoting inclusive workplaces, including raising awareness and combating discrimination.
