“Boost your potential” is a two-day event designed for migrants living in Poland who want to strengthen their economic situation in Poland. The Local Solidarity Workshops will equip participants with the necessary skills for starting and developing business in Poland. They will also inspire migrants on career prospects and inform how to enter the Polish labour market more confidently. The event combines practical workshops, consultations, and networking opportunities, offering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on tools.

The event is dedicated to people at different stages of their professional path: future entrepreneurs who want to better understand the Polish context of work, business, and creativity, newcomers preparing their first CVs, individuals looking to build a personal brand and professional mindset.

Day 1 – September 26, 2025

The first day focuses on entrepreneurship and legal aspects of living and working in Poland.

Open consultation point with institutions supporting migrants and entrepreneurs as a part of the Open Day of the Information Point for Foreigners .

11.00 – Legal residence and setting up a business in Poland with Anna Strama, lawyer
13.00 – Introduction to the Polish tax system for beginners with Patrycja Kowalik, tax advisor
15.00 – Building a personal brand and an entrepreneurial mindset with Kandaka Dua

12.00 – Preparing for job interviews – practice and self-presentation
13.30 – Discovering and developing personal strengths with a career counsellor
Special session for artists and innovative entrepreneurs:
12.00 – How to value your creative work and navigate the Polish creative industry
